Order Cancellation Policy
At Fashion Store, we understand that plans can change. You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Once an order enters the shipping process, cancellation requests can no longer be accepted. To cancel, simply log into your account, go to “My Orders,” and choose the cancellation option. Our customer support team will process it within 24 working hours.
Return Eligibility
You may initiate a return within 7 calendar days of delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed, tags intact, and in the original packaging. Shoes should include the original box, accessories, and dust bag. Customized, intimate wear, swimwear, final-sale items, and sale items marked “non-returnable” are not eligible for return.
How to Request a Return
Return Pickup & Shipping
For select metro cities, we offer free pick-up. In other regions, if a shipping fee applies, determined at checkout, it may be deducted from your refund. Ensure you securely pack the item to avoid damage during transit.
Quality Check & Refund Process
Upon receiving return, our quality team inspects the item within 2 working days. If the product passes inspection, a refund is initiated within 5–7 working days. The refund will be credited back through your original payment method (card, UPI, wallet, etc.). For cancelled COD orders, store credit is issued.
Exchange Policy
We currently do not support direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or color, request a return and place a new order separately. During sales or promotional periods, prices may vary—please keep that in mind.
Partial Returns & Multiple Items
If your order contains multiple items, you can return specific items as per our eligibility criteria. Each item will be assessed separately. Refund timelines apply per item.
Refund Discrepancies
If the refund amount differs from your expectations (for example due to coupon usage or delivery fee), contact our support team with your order details, and we’ll clarify within 48 hours.
